• We meet and discuss the case, for example a project review
• I propose a first step to the analysis and review process and the effort 
• You accept to pay only when your are happy with the result of the review
• I am confident that you will be happy, but I may be wrong 
• Therefore there is a 10K limit on the no-cure-no-pay option.
